Many previous customers complained they only got one pack instead of four. Since it is Amazon, I would like to give it a try. Same as others, I only received one pack originally. I contacted Amazon and they resent it again. The four packs were wrapped in a clear plastic bag and has a big sticker said “sold as one set”. Seem like they solved the problem.
I have been using it for a long time since it won’t make my skin itchy. But sometimes it won’t completely dissolve in cold water, two out of ten loads will make a mess.
