Pretty good deal,
Bought mine , arrived in 5-6 days from Amazon.com. Chatted with customer service before placing the order and asked for the Amazon Global Shipping fee to be waived (since I am Prime in Canada) and they accepted.
Paid 126$ tax in (duties and tax included) and got 9.89 USD back (~12-13$ CAD) so ended up with 113$ door to door, that equals the Dell deal last month for 99$ + tax.
Even at 122$ tax in (door to door) this still a good deal I guess for a very nice mouse. The one I received was Grey.
