Costco has a Lorex wired security camera system with DVR and six wired cameras on sale this month. The system can be expanded to a total of twelve cameras (two additional wired/four added Wi-Fi cameras). From what I can tell, Lorex has a decent reputation for camera quality and the footage is stored locally so there’s no cloud subscription required. Camera feeds can be accessed by PC, Android/Apple apps, and Google/Amazon smart devices. I just picked one up today to check it out; it is the same price in-store and online.
