I used to have the Bowflex bench but it all ripped so I bought this one to replace it. I was very impressed with the folding function and to be honest I have never seen a bench that can be folded to that size. That’s the main purpose of me buying it and it worth every penny. The bench literally can be set up within minute once you get a hang of it. Surprisingly the padding is very comfortable to lay on as well. I also like that the leg can be adjusted to many different angles for different exercises including sit up and support my leg when I use the dumbbell. The lying bench part can also be adjusted to my desire. It seems to me like this product is very well constructed and it not heavy to carry at all. With this bench I can easily put it in my van and transport it to my best friend’s house and we can work out together. By the way it costs a fraction of what I paid for the Bowflex.
