The file will then be automatically added to the Offer Website. Remember to make sure your uploaded photograph or image clearly shows your purchase date, purchase total dollar amount, store name and Participating Product(s) purchased. If your Proof of Purchase is two-sided or too long to fit within one photograph or image, upload two separate images (file names) by selecting “upload another photo” link. Acceptable file formats are JPG; JPEG; PNG or PDF. Make sure your photograph(s) or scan(s) are centered, in focus, not obscured by dark shadow and have a clear background.
You will receive an e-mail within the next 2 to 7 days that will either confirm your coupon is on the way or provide a reason why we could not approve your coupon request.

Each time you upload a sales receipt, you will receive a confirmation number on the website and through email. If you don’t see the email in your inbox please check your spam or junk folders or any other folder that your email provider may have automatically set up within your account or you can visit the offer website and check the status of your requests by logging into your profile.ROYALE is working with four major partners across Canada, as well as providing funding to additional shelters across the country. The major Partners are Montreal SPCA, BC SPCA, Greater Moncton SPCA and Toronto Humane Society .
