Home Depot has the Milwaukee M18 Brushless Cordless 16” chainsaw kit which includes a 12AH battery for $498. Link here.
TSC has the same one in the flyer for $479.99 (save $100). See attached picture. However, for some reason, their website still has the regular price of $579. And their online flyer has it for $498 (same price as Home Depot). I picked up the paper flyer near Minden.

The battery alone costs $350.
