I like watches a lot – not in the way that causes one to buy several watches for thousands of dollars each, but in the less than $500 area, I own several. This is my second version of the Blue Angels Eco-Drive watch, and may just be my favourite. The watch looks great, and if it’s anything like my other one, will last quite a long time while keeping accurate time. These are great travel watches as you can change the timezone easily, and it maintains accurate time through the daily link to the atomic clock. Solar charging is icing on the cake. The solar charge works just about everywhere, maintains enough charge that the watch can spend time in a watch box without harm. Just wear it a couple times a week as it’s intended to, and you’ll never have to worry about charging or changing batteries. My only wish for the watch would be for Citizen to make a butterfly clasp for the band on this one. Then band is really nice, but the old school buckle isn’t something I enjoy.
