Note this is 5/8″ arbor and requires air (not flat-free).
I bought a garden water hose cart a few years ago with wheels this size. All 4 wheels went flat after 2 seasons. Bought inner tubes from Amazon for $15 each. Went flat again after a year. The outer tire is also severely cracked from exposure to elements. Now, an entire wheel is less than $7 so will be replacing all 4. No idea if these have wheel bearings or not.
