I’ve been looking for a cheap bike repair stand for infrequent use, and this one from Princess Auto fit the bill. There are other threads on it if you search.
 

Came up as $39.99 at the checkout rather than $49.99 listed.
 

Comes up at full price if you buy online, even for in-store pickup. Not sure if it is marked down at any other location, but this was in London. London store had at least 10 in stock.
