I got this promo in September to renew and they sent another one for October.
I got the executive membership for $120, signed up for autorenewal using Mastercard, and got voucher totalling $140 to use online (min $250 spend).
It says you have to spend $250 online ( only Costco.ca) but the email I got says I only need to spend $200 (YMMV).
