I came across the following discount code to get your official Canadian boating license by taking a 3 hour online course and exam with CanadaBoatSafety.com:

Price: $23.50 including tax (or $20.80 before 13% HST). Regular price is $42 including tax.
I have usually seen the boating license for $40-50 plus tax, but this is the lowest price I have seen vs. other course providers, and boating licenses are mandatory in Canada. You need to register, complete the first chapter and then it will ask for payment where you can input the discount code.
