I just ordered myself a set of these tires for my road bike from this particular Aliexpress seller and I’m extremely pleased with my purchase. The tires appear to be 100% genuine and they work great. My order arrived in about 12 days from the day I placed the order.
So far I have inflated the tires to 70PSI and I took them out for a 10km bike ride today. They handle well and I really notice the decreased rolling resistance compared to my previous tires.
I have used multiple bike tires previously and these are definitely noticeably better.

They tested 9 tires and the Ultra Sport III tires were the best.
