I was always on the fence when it comes to powered toothbrushes until I decided to buy the Philips Sonicare to put it to the challenge. I have to say I’m beyond impressed with it, it’s truly revolutionary – from the very first time I used it not only did i feel my mouth was so clean, but I also stopped having any gum aches all together. Moreover, A few weeks later, my teeth are getting whiter, and I never have any mouth door whatsoever, it’s incredible! This thing basically targets every individual tooth and gets everything covered and cleaned, here is the routine I found incredibly effective: | Deep clean: I do this at night before bed, take care of my mouth after a long day of eating and drinking | Whiting: I do this every morning when I wake up 15 minutes before eating or drinking anything, then I do it again after I have my coffee for the day | Gum Care: I do that one once a week at night before bed | Clean: I do it after every meal (if I’m home) | Highly recommend it! | PS: the black color is beautiful, and very stylish
