Looks like only Virgin Corporate stores are offering this deal, so might not get it at 3rd party stores like Best Buy or Costco (called Costco and they don’t have either Virgin or Fido deal)

I got it at Scarborough Town Centre location, but others have reported getting it elsewhere as well. I was able to call them beforehand and they shared it no problem, so I don’t see why other locations wouldn’t tell if they are offering or not.
On a separate note, Virgin offers 25 GB for $45 and $400 device credit as a winback offer if you switch to competitor (esp. Freedom), so I’ll be taking my chances 3 months from now (minimum time required to be eligible for winback is 90 days) when there should be Black Friday discounts.
