They have these cards on the counter.
The staff gave me a bunch of them when I asked how many packs do they have. The manager told me to come back after 5pm and she can give me a pack or 2 .

Still 20 packs since 2 weeks ago. That means no one takes it or know about it.

Code expires today but you can apply to your main account and the “offer” will expires in 29 days.
