Went to RCSS to get some groceries and came across the Royal Oak Star Grill Lump Charcoal 10lbs selling for $4.95. Seems like a decent price for this lump charcoal. They sell normally for about $8-$10 bucks.
I don’t see this advertised on the flyer nor there was a sale or clearance sign. I guess it maybe store specific. If is not the same price at your local store, you can take the picture and PM your local store or at a different retailer.
UPDATE – I was at the RCSS at Newmarket, intersection is Yonge/Green Lane, the same mall as Costco.
