[RBC Offers] Get $10 off your $20+ purchase on the eBay app (Possible YMMV)

Check your RBC offers! Got this unique promo code that I was able to use to get $10 off a $20+ purchase (not including shipping + taxes etc.) on the eBay app. It says you have to use your eligible RBC card but when I switched to a non-RBC credit card it didn’t take my discount away and I was able to go through with my order.
