Rakuten 13% flash cash back (starting March 17)

Rakuten has teased a 13% flash cash back event beginning March 17th. No indication of participating merchants as yet, but may want to hold if you have purchases planned.

If you haven’t signed up yet, don’t forget to do so through referral, but DO NOT ASK FOR A REFERRAL CODE IN THIS THREAD (against RFD rules).
