Similar to Demon Slayer, you tend to get the lowest price during pre-order, after which it will release and will go up in price. Then there tends to be some sales if any before hitting stock issues.
Pre-order price guarantee applies so if the price ever drops before release you will get the lowest advertised price. Currently it is 40% off.
Just make sure your credit card is billable before release or Amazon will cancel your pre-order and you will lose your price guarantee. This happened to me when I ordered Demon Slayer and was never able to order it as the price never went down to the same discount and stock never replenished.
