It doesn’t seem like Miele is doing their ‘unboxed’ sales anymore and has changed the website to be a catalog of floor/demo units available at local retailers. Seems to be pretty much all higher-end dishwashers that are listed at the moment (‘cheaper’ ones that I see are still $1600+ including discount), with 25% off or clearance pricing as applicable. Certainly not the same variety / deals as what was available at the centralized warehouse sales, but might be useful if you are looking for something higher end.
