There is a program to promote tourism to Hong Kong following the pandemic and its associated restrictions / lockdowns. As part of this, tickets to Hong Kong are being given away or deeply discounted by different airlines in phases. On May 17 @ 9 PM ET, there will be a limited number of discounted tickets that will be made available by Cathay Pacific. With these tickets, you have to pay for the taxes, fees and surcharges.
