This is for a 10″ Knipex pliers wrench. These are high end pliers made in Germany. I’ve never owned a pair but the /tools subreddit goes bonkers for these. From what I’ve read they can fully replaced a metric and imperial set of wrenches for working with bolts/nuts and don’t strip the fasteners like adjustable wrenches can.
