As my understanding, Costco want to clear this model (FV14D6AWD) to make room to the specific Costco model (FV14D6 C WD) that already in store (750$). So the real discount is 150$ but still a good deal.
The only difference as I see is the reversible door function for the Costco model while to general model has the handle+lock functions. Otherwise, same dimensions, same functions, not energy star but the energy consumption is 430 kWh/year which is pretty good.
You can price match with Homedepot if the product is available in your area but I would stick to Costco for installation and client service.
