given the increasing “extreme weather” events, I’ve been looking for a back up generator that can be used indoor and based on what I can find, amongst the solar generators the “good” brands are EcoFlow, Bluletti, and Jackery. Bluletti apparently has customer service issues (no phone line), Jackery doesn’t have LiFePo4 battery system.
Anyways, the search narrows down to EcoFlow Delta Pro, which has the LiFePo4 battery (for longevity), and it can be charged through EV station (if required).
Costco.ca sells the generator for $4,099. 400W solar panel for 1,049 ~$5150 plus tax. I see Ecoflow from time to time has $300-500 off from their MSRP of $5,899 (which brings it down to costco price).
For Black Friday, I am not sure if it’s an error but I was able to stack whole bunch of discount code on Amazon (sold by Ecoflow directly)
