Pros of Darto pans over other Carbon Steel Pans No Rivets and supposedly just an overall slightly better pan.
Many of you probably haven’t heard of Darto. They are a newer company compared to other carbon steel pan makers (Debuyer, Matfer etc.).
The company has been gaining a lot of traction in r/carbonsteel on Reddit (Where I first heard about it). It seems the majority prefer it over other carbon steel pan brands for most use cases (Do your own research). Saying its a solid pan etc.
Always wanted to try one of their pans but duties and shipping made it too premium for me until now that is
Personally I like carbon steel pans a lot more compared to cast iron in most use cases. I started out with cast iron then bought a few carbon steel pans. I barely use the cast irons now.
