Title might be confusing but this is a steal. Inventory levels are low, clearance pricing.
Buy the safety kit which is currently on clearance and get:
1) Car jumpstart battery pack with clamps. 600amps (peak). Can also act as a power bank for phones etc..
2) Gloves
3) Air compressor for tires (slow)
4) Headstrap with light.. (probably useless)
5) Emergency mylar banklet
6) 30-pieces first aid kit
7)Multi-tool (needle nose pliers, knife, screwdriver, bottle opener, can, mini saw?? and nail filer
Icing on the cake is you get also roadside assistance for 1 year. Must be activated right away. This is their emergency tier service which is like the silver one but only 2 calls a year but higher distance (50km). Didn’t see other differences.
So basically for the same undiscounted price as basic Canadian tire roadside assistance you’re getting all this other stuff. It also comes with a coupon code for 50% off gold assistance but unsure if this can be used in the future or it has to be used right now. Looked at it at different way, if you need a jumpstart booster, this is cheaper than their other offerings and everything else is a bonus.
