This varies by location but I believe any store in your province can ship to you. Also if your local store has stock, but a higher price Canadian Tire will price match any store within 200km radius of you. Otherwise shipping is ~15-22 dollars. And if you have a Triangle card check to see if you have a 50x offer for baby items.

I ended up grabbing both for ~180 taxes in for Ontario. Costco sells the 35lb version of the same seat with extra base for 250 for comparison. I believe the seat has a 7 year expiry.
