Usually goes for closer to 30$ but lately seems to be much cheaper. Lowes has it on clearance for 17.99.

It is pretty small (measures 6½ (length) by 5½ (width) by 7½ (height) inches) and does not have a hole in the bottom. Can also hang it. Reviews seem to be good.

Just as expected. Be careful taking out the pots, they are easily breakable.
