I was intruduced to Cold Brew at Starbuck’s and was wondering if I could do the same at home. This system does the trick, it’s easy and renders a great tasting coffee concentrate. I thought that the two weeks may not be enough for conservation. I never thought that everyone in the family would adopt it… My first carafe lasted only a week. | It’s easy to clean, easy to use. The only thing missing is a cover for the brewing part (I never leave anything uncovered with a kitten at home).
