Anker simply has the best customer support out there. Let me explain: | Got my speaker which I was super stoked for. Started testing it and realized it had some noticeable distortion starting from about 35% volume. Figured either the speaker was defective, or the speaker itself wasn’t very good. Turned out to be the former, to which Anker provided insanely good Customer Service to resolve. | Here’s where it got great – Anker sent me a follow-up email asking how everything with the speaker was going. I explained the issue, and they immediately offered to send a replacement, were apologetic, and overall super helpful. The replacement arrived 3 days later, had no distortion at any volume level, and is simply incredible for it’s size, features and price-point. | More about the speaker – The sound is really great! The high to mid-range is very clear, crisp, and super poppy. The lows and bass are not incredible, but definitely present and great for the size. I personally prefer clean mid-range sound over a speaker that tries to pump too much bass and fails. It’s gets better though. Anker didn’t require that I return the defective one, and I found out that the speakers can connect to each other to output L/R in sync. It’s amazing. Although the one speaker can’t really go too loud without distortion, it still works for on the patio or indoors and let me tell you, the two speakers working together is seriously some of the best sound I’ve ever heard from Bluetooth speakers. | Add on the fact that their waterproof (!!!!!) and this thing is seriously something you shouldn’t pass up.
