I couldn’t possibly be happier with this pair. Mind you, you need to customize your sound signature preference on the app for them to really shine through, but once you do, boy do they deliver! Punchy bass, amazing clarity and sound stage, well defined mids and highs. Also, very well built; they are plastic, but very high quality and durable plastic so I have no concerns on that department. | I returned a pair of Parrot Zik 2 in order to get the HD4.50 BTNCs and, although I find the ANC was a bit better on those, you don’t have that nasty cabin pressure with the 4.50s. Also, the Ziks were disintegrating on all sides before my eyes within the first two weeks. Sound quality is similarly very high, but the HD4.50s accommodate my big head and ears much, MUCH better. | I also have a pair of MDR-EB950B1s and they sound muddy and compressed in comparison. They are very comfortable also, but look so huge! The 4.50s look so much better (beyond how much better they sound, that is) and somewhat subdued. | In summary: sound, construction, comfort, and style; the HD4.50 BTNCs ace all of the above for an outstanding value.
