This was extremely easy to install and works better than we had hoped for. They give you a 7 day grace period to learn the system which was great because my parents needed the time to get used to the system. My mom accidentally set it off after the 7 days. Within seconds the response team was on the phone to confirm everything was ok even after she was able to turn off the alarm. I am very happy with the service and the costs associated with it. You are able to label that sensors with locations and the response team is able to see that. So if they did have to send police they would be able to tell them what door or window picked up the disturbance. This system has gone above and beyond what we expected. So happy to have it so that i know my parents are safe.
