I was so excited when I ordered the shark AZ1002c from amazon. When I did, I started to look at videos about it to see how amazing it is. However in many videos, they indicated that it is a quite heavy vacuum, and because I am a mother of three and a student at the same time, I wanted something efficient and light; as I did not want to add more weight on my back during my daily routines… it had been already shipped and I could not cancel it… When delivered, I tried it out on a “clean” carpet and was so astonished of how much dust and dirt it sucked out! The results brought me to tears because my children always played on that carpet that I thought was “clean” Of course I did not expect that and because the shark company is so professional and efficient in the products they provide us with, I was embarrassed to return it. However, I must say that I have noticed also that it gave my hardware floor an amazing shiny polish that I only see when I mop, and there was zero smell of vacuuming; it sucks everything without giving a hint of any dust smell. I strongly recommend this vacuum, but it is heavy which makes it a bit challenging to use it on the stairs, and it also cost me $490 in total. I wish I had ordered a corded shark stick instead or a lighter one… I also must say that after this experience, I can never imagine to buy a vacuum from any other brand. Shark is always crowned as “The Best”…
