I had no problems with the assembly and the stand is very study. The glass base is a good size and very heavy – I have no concerns that it will tip over. I have used the stand both inside and outside with no issues. The one negative is with wire management. I would have preferred if there was an opening on the top of the post so that you could hide any wires inside the post. I decided to buy a flex cable management tube and then to mount that directly to the post at the top using a nylon cable tie. That made for a cleaner look. Also, I had to but separately M4 screws for a 100×100 TV mount.
