Today I received a replacement Olight S2R II 1150 Lumens Rechargeable LED Flashlight because the first one I bought would NOT turn ON despite: | (1) my removing the protective film in the battery compartment; | (2) charging it until the green light appeared, and | (3) pressing and holding the side switch for over two seconds in case it was in lockout mode. | After further follow-up email questions from Olight-Direct, it was determined there was a problem with this flashlight and I was provided with another. As a result, I am delighted to change my earlier disgruntled one-star review to a five-star one. At the same time, I take pleasure in commending Olight-Direct for providing excellent customer service. I am now a satisfied and happy customer! Thank you Olight-Direct!
