I heard in an America’s Test Kitchen episode that this is a highly flavorful sauce/recipe ingredient for making oriental flavors. It was a medium hot with a lot of flavors and I look forward to adding this to dishes for maximum flavor. Great price and made it so much easier to find as in my town I didn’t see it anywhere. I was also thrilled to see such a long expiration date.
