I have used this for some really tough dough, and last time it was stirring so hard for a few minutes and the engines was burning, after a while smoke was coming out and I thought it was going to catch fire. Turned off and unplugged and more smoke was coming out for another 5 minutes and my entire apartment smelled burned. I thought the machine was gone. | Well, 2 days later I need the machine for some dough, a bit softer but not that soft, didn’t know if the machine would even turn on, and as if nothing happened, the machine worked flawlessly!
