I’ve been on the hunt for the right melatonin ever since Vivitas stopped making theirs. This Melatonin works very well and very fast. I’ve tried about 5 different brands over the years and this one is more effective. Usually when I take it, I’m incredibly sleepy within about 20 minutes and I get a great, restful sleep. A nice thing about this melatonin is it doesn’t give me the freaky dreams or nightmares other brands have given me. It dissolves quickly and although it’s a bit “gritty” it doesn’t leave a gross taste in my mouth.
