I used to be a bodybuilder. I’m a five foot six 135 lb woman. I now train for health, fitness and vanity 😉. I am now training at home because of covid-19. This bench is by far the best bench I have ever owned in my life and I have been lifting weights for 30 years. It took me less than 10 minutes to assemble. It is practically completely assembled the only part you have to put on is the little crossbar at the front. Some people have complained about the stability of the bench. This is one of the most stable benches, including benches in gyms, that I have ever used. I live in Toronto where are apartments and condos are very small. The bench easily folds for EZ Storage.
