works, I can’t stomach eating breakfast so was recommended meal replacement drinks, I like this one due to the price, most of the meal replacement drinks is about 240cal so it is on par with the other ones. There is a lot of nutrition put into these. I still find it heavy so it takes a while to drink it all but I couldn’t get by without these, I am thrilled to find them on amazon for this price.
