It is fixed. | ++Bottom of stand surface is a VERY grippy rubber padding that does NOT move/slide around. | My usage is with a DEL 15″ laptop. This is rock solid and allows for bottom of laptop to breath/air out to cool. | My only issue here is lack of angle adjustment.
