This tuna is delicious by itself or in cooking. It is just a little spicy, not too much. When using it in a salad, I add in the olive oil from the can and salt and pepper her plus a little wine vinegar for dressing. The olive oil is already flavoured from the tuna. Another use of the tuna is scattering it up on top of homemade pizza, once again using the olive oil as well. It is also delicious in a simple pasta. The only drawback is that sometimes I find the top difficult to pull off and I actually do have to use a can opener.
