Bowflex has a winner here. Stuck with the Bowflex family as I had the adjustable 552 dumbells first and was impressed with the ease of use and quality. So it was a no brainer to go for the kettlebell as well. My only beef, is it would be nice if it had a 30lbs weight setting, instead of jumping from 25 to 40. But not a deal breaker.
