Each tab is super thin. They says to let them fisolve under your tongue but they can be sealed. The doctor recommended them for my younger two daughters (now 10 and 8) as one has Autism and the other ODD/ADHD, in order to help them sleep and stay asleep. Prior to using them they’d be wired for sound until midnight then awake multiple times a night. Now my 10 year old with Autism is asleep by 8pm, all night until 5am and my 8 year old is asleep between 8-9 and awake by 6. It’s a beautiful thing sleep!! | *NOTE although the packaging and anything you read claims it doesn’t actually make them sleepy because thebody has natural meltonin etc etc etc…..this is NOT true. It DOES make children very sleepy within 15-20 minutes if taking so do not give prior. They do wake up perfectly sound without any daytime drowsiness. | I WOULD NOT GIVE THESE TO CHILDREN WITHOUT A DOCTOR’S SUGGESTION JUST BASED ON MY REVIEW OF THE PRODUCT.
