I currently use the same keyboard in-between Mac and PC.
When I first got it in early 2021, it was $120+ but I can’t seem to find a consistent regular price now..

according to Canada Computers, it was $169.99, now on sale for $59.99

anyway, I find this keyboard pretty good, both in design and performance. Used it for gaming and everyday PC usage, no problem found.
